2023 Season

REP's 2023 Season — reimagining

Our 2023 season sees REP enter our tenth decade in the Canberra community. As we begin work to imagine a REP of the future, our 2023 season celebrates reimagining the past—exploring all the nostalgia, obsession, madness, and fun that comes along with it.

REP as a company came to this venue in 1973. As we celebrate 50 years at the Canberra REP Theatre in Acton we are introducing a new performance time for our evening shows—7:30pm in recognition of ’73.

Soon enough we will have closer public transport routes, with upgrades to the tram network. This, together with a 7:30pm performance time, will allow the theatre to remain accessible for all.
