Louise Bennet | 'Baby' Jane Hudson
Louise Bennet recently played Barbara in the Free-Rain production of August: Osage County. She had her beginnings performing in Canberra before successfully auditioning for RADA (London) to study Shakespeare. She has appeared in productions such as: Amadeus (Katherina Cavalieri); Of Mice and Men (Curley's Wife); On the Razzle (Lisette); Comic Potential (Jacie Tripplethree); The Importance of Being Ernest (Cecily); Hamlet (Ophelia); The School for Scandal (Lady Teazle);  Boston Marriage (Claire); Twelfth Night (Olivia); Henry VI Part 2 (Dame Eleanor/Simpcox's Wife); and Henry VI Part 3 (Queen Margaret). She is also an Impact Producer (Ithaka, 2021) has hosted podcasts for the University of Melbourne and Victoria Legal Aid and has worked on various short film, documentary, commercial and voiceover projects for Bearcage/WildBear Entertainment.

Victoria Dixon | Blanche Hudson
Baby Jane is Victoria’s 7th performance for REP. Previous roles include Hermia in Dead Mans Cell Phone and Elaine in Last of the Red Hot Lovers in 2024 (awarded the Helen Wilson trophy for best comedic performance), Hilary in Hotel Sorrento in 2022, and as Maggie Pollitt in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof in 2021, among others. Other recent Canberra performances include M’lynn in Steel Magnolias and Kate in Emerald City for Free Rain Theatre, as well as The Importance of Being Earnest for Everyman at ACTHUB.  Other Canberra performances include Helen of Troy in Papermoon Theatre’s production of The Penelopiad and Ruth Bucktin in Jasper Jones with Budding Theatre. Victoria was awarded REP’s Judi Crane Award for Best Female Dramatic Role in 2020 and 2021, for Kate Jerome in Brighton Beach Memoirs and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof respectively. She is an alumni member of the Royal British Legion’s Bravo 22 Company and developed the role of Nicola in an original Theatre Royal Plymouth production, Boots at the Door. Past performances include Dolly in Melville Theatre Company’s One Man, 2 Guvnors, Linda Swan in Cash on Delivery, Evie Valentine in The Mozart Faction, and two seasons as Nurse O’Neill in The Sunshine Boys for Old Mill and Harbour Theatres in Western Australia.


Michael Sparks | The Man
Michael Sparks OAM is a Canberra-based actor and theatre-maker. Recent stage performances include: Uncle Charlie in August: Osage CountyDr Dorn in SeagullGloucester in King LearRobin in The Children, Andy in Love LettersGeorge in Who’s Afraid of Virginia WoolfBig Daddy in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Jim Casy in The Grapes of WrathKorzh in The Woman in the Window, Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird, and Creature in Dr Frankenstein. He has also been seen on television in The Prime Minister is Missing, Rake, and Total Control.  His film work includes the feature Light Switch, as well as short films Men of IceNo Problems Here and Animal. Michael is delighted to be working with Ed for the first time on this world premiere production and is, as ever, grateful to his family for their love and support.


Andrea Garcia | Luisa
Andrea is delighted to (finally!) make her REP debut under the direction of Ed Wightman and with an incredibly talented cast. Andrea’s recent roles include Johnna Monevata in the ACT Hub’s production of August: Osage County (2024), Anita in the iconic musical West Side Story with Dramatic Productions (2023) and Kate Mundy in Dancing at Lughnasa as part of the inaugural student ensemble production of the Mockingbird Acting Studio (2022). Andrea’s journey to the REP stage started behind the scenes as a lighting operator and later as a sound operator working alongside the brilliant designers and the stage manager producing this show. She is deeply grateful for the support of this incredible crew. A native of Colombia, Andrea has a life-long passion for theatre. Before calling Canberra home, Andrea lived in New York City where she earned a Master of Arts in Theatre at Hunter College of the City University of New York followed by the Two-Year Conservatory at The Acting Studio – New York, where she performed in productions of the Studio’s Chelsea Repertory Company. Andrea is grateful for the opportunity to bring this production to life and hopes you enjoy the show!

Tom Cullen | Edwin Flagg
Tom originally hails from Cairns in Far North Queensland. Graduating from the University of Queensland in 2018 with Bachelors of Arts and Law and majors in drama and English literature, Tom has since performed locally in Dramatic Productions’ 2019 production of The Producers, Lakespeare & Co’s 2020 production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and REP's 2022 production of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead . More recently, he has appeared as Pickering in Tempo Theatre’s Pygmalion, as Captain Watt in Ribix Productions’ original production of Legacies, and as Cornwall in Tempo Theatre’s production of King LearBaby Jane is his second performance at REP.
