PRODUCTION TEAM | SPIDER'S WEB

Leeann Galloway | Stage Manager
Leeann has always enjoyed live theatre and is interested in the many elements that support stage productions. Leeann joined REP productions in 2021, working on the lighting crew for Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, followed by Arsenic and Old Lace, Home, I’m Darling, Amadeus, Love Letters, Away, Bloody Murder, Baby Jane, sound crew for The Actress and Mr Bennet’s Bride, and stage crew for Dead Man’s Cell Phone. Leeann co-designed lighting for Sense & Sensibility (2022) and was the lighting designer for Blithe Spirit (2025). Leeann is delighted, as an Agatha Christie fan, to be stage managing this comedic parody of the classic ‘whodunnit’ thriller that is Spider's Web. It has been a pleasure working with a great cast and production team and she hopes you enjoy the show!

Antonia Kitzel | Production Manager
Antonia knew that Australia is the land of milk, honey, and a particularly handsome man, but it wasn’t until said man signed her up with REP in 2015, that she packed her bags and moved from Frankfurt, Germany to Canberra. Having co-founded a small but growing theatre company in Frankfurt (Theatre Language Studio Frankfurt), Antonia has worked in most areas of theatre from acting, directing and designing, to tech support, selling drinks, washing glasses and scrubbing floors – in spite of her experience it never ceases to surprise her how much scrubbing is required to make a production shine, or un-shine, as the case may be. Antonia has loved watching this Agatha Christie classic come to life and hopes you will enjoy the twists and turns this cobweb spins.

Russell Brown OAM | Set Coordinator
Russell has been a member of REP for over 50 years, and in that time he has been involved in almost every aspect from President to performing, set design to set building, props making, furniture making, and tricky effects. With his dedicated team of builders and painters, he whiles away his time making magic for our audiences. He was recently named REP Living Treasure for his many contributions to the Society.

Wolfgang Hecker | Council Liaison
Wolf has been member of REP since 2009 and, since then, has been, and remains, actively involved in supporting REP and its home theatre. The main areas of his participation include set building, building renovations, building and plant maintenance, serving on Council as technical liaison, including as a past Vice President, organising social events, and participation in Front of House, including coordination.  These roles are vital to the continuation of REP, enabling the company to present productions of high calibre to the audiences.
